Queridos amigos/as de Creciendo en Nepal,

Desgraciadamente la pandemia de COVID-19 ha llegado también a Nepal, donde las autoridades han recomendado a la ciudadanía que se quede en casa y se han cerrado colegios, universidades, bancos y otros muchos establecimientos.

Afortunadamente, recibimos buenas noticias de Kumari y Purna, quienes, como ya sabéis, son las piezas clave de Creciendo en Nepal en Katmandú. 

En el email que os transcribimos más abajo, nos dicen que están todos y todas bien, que mantienen mucha precaución para no contagiarse y que no salen de casa.  También nos cuenta Kumari, que hay gente que se está yendo a los pueblos y que Katmandú se está quedando más tranquilo. Ambas nos desean que estemos bien y a salvo de la pandemia.

KUMARI: Dear Gurub karmatenpa La, Gipberto sir, Julia mam and all of kind heart.Yes in Nepal also suffaring that viruse with some more peoples but only they dont wanna flash it.We are also really so worried must of the bank, school, college, Hotel, shop, office…… all place is closing so peoples are going village day by day so kathmandu is becoming more peaceful on the way…. even everybody is staying at home because of afraid with that virus.  Ok dont worry,we keep in touch and stay safe please you too all .be safe and stay healthy.We also juat pray for go to become normal soon.love you all and miss you all. Your best regards.

PURNA: Namaste, Because of the COVID-19, I cannot make it out from home. Since its going to be a lock down from tomorrow.  All schools and colleges are already shut down as well as the exams has been postponed till the next notice. I hope you all are keeping yourself safe,  from the epidemic. We are also taking all possible precution, that are available. thanking you, sincerely Yours, purna & girls phgh.
